Constructed in 1907, the Butler Building boasts a spacious primary room that can accommodate an intimate get-together or a large celebration in a formal sinner setting. Additional room is found in the parlor-perfect for greeting your guests as they arrive or providing the room you need for a larger reception.


Adjacent to the main building is a private courtyard. Its easy access allows your guests to move freely indoors or out-of-doors, all the while never dividing your event. From the courtyard you can walk down brick-covered paths to the gazebo or the Rose Cottage-perfect for the bride and her attendants. You can reserve the property in its entirety or only the facilities that best suits your needs.


Our knowledgeable and professional staff will help you plan your event and manage every aspect of its production – support services, entertainment bookings, and menu consultation.
